The Nook Fair is a day for families to explore, create, play, discover, eat, listen, shop, and just have fun together.
More than 2,000 people joined us last year, and every Nook Fair is a little different. We are always adding new activities, performances, vendors, ideas, and surprises.
Throughout the day you might discover live music outside, kids creating art indoors, games on the lawn, food cooking nearby, young entrepreneurs selling things they made themselves, local businesses hosting activities, and something completely unexpected around the next corner.
There is no single way to experience the Nook Fair. Come for an hour or stay for the day.

The Nook Fair is always evolving, so no two years are exactly the same.
One of the most popular parts of the Nook Fair is the Creative Kids Market.
Young creators ages 4 through 22 can set up their own booth and sell things they have created themselves.
Past participants have brought:

• Comics
• Handmade jewelry
• Baked goods
• Slime
• Knitted creations
• 3D prints
• Music CDs
• Stickers
• Games
• Invented products
• And just about anything else they have created themselves
The goal is not just to sell something. Kids get the experience of creating a product, setting up a booth, talking with customers, pricing their work, and experiencing what it feels like to run their own little business.
Booth space is free, but spaces are limited.
We invite local businesses, makers, organizations, schools, artists, and community groups to join us.
Participation is free.
You can set up a booth, introduce families to your organization, sell products, demonstrate what you do, or create an activity for visitors.
We especially love participants who make their booth interactive. Games, demonstrations, crafts, challenges, samples, performances, and hands-on experiences all help make the Nook Fair more fun.
Businesses and adult vendors use the same registration form.
Interested in donating a prize, performing, or doing something unusual? We want to hear your idea.
Music happens throughout the day in different parts of the fair.
Expect performances by young musicians, Nook students, teachers, local performers, bands, and other creative guests.
The Nook Fair is not a formal recital. Music is one part of a much larger day of creativity and exploration.
The Nook Fair takes over Nook Nook Creative Village.
Activities happen throughout the building and across the outdoor grounds, so make sure you wander around. Some of the best parts of the fair are the things you discover unexpectedly.
Art rooms, music spaces, outdoor stages, games, vendors, food, activities, and creative spaces are spread throughout the property.
